Filet Mignon
Filet Mignon is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. dry red wine, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon, 2 beef tenderloin steaks and vegetable cooking spray, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine first three ingredients in large Ziploc bag.
Add steaks.
Refrigerate 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove steaks from marinade.
Place on coated rack in shallow, roasting pan. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes each side.
