Fiesta Potatoes
Fiesta Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup, 1/2 c. salsa, 1/4 c. milk and 5 medium potatoes (about 1 1/2 lb.), cooked and sliced (about 4 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In 10-inch skillet, combine soup, salsa and milk.
Add potatoes, stirring gently to coat.
Heat through, stirring occasionally.
If desired, garnish with cherry tomatoes and fresh chives.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups or 5 servings.
