Fiesta Pork Bake
Fiesta Pork Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless pork chops, 2 tbsp. margarine, salt and pepper to taste, 1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup and 1 large green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Coat a shallow 2-quart casserole with melted margarine. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; arrange in casserole.
Top with soup mix, green pepper and rice.
Combine catsup and Worcestershire sauce; spread over rice.
Gently pour in boiling water.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 55 or 60 minutes, until done. (Additional 1/2 cup of water may be added if casserole becomes too dry.)
Remove from oven; top with cheese.
Cover and allow to stand 10 minutes.
