Fiesta Meat Loaf
Fiesta Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in chili sauce.
Combine 1/2 cup this mixture with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
Form into a loaf in shallow baking pan.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve remaining sauce, cold or hot, over meat loaf.
