Fiesta Fudge
Fiesta Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. (5 1/3 oz. can) evaporated milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine sugar, margarine, milk and salt in heavy 3-quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until melted. Add marshmallows and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Fold in candies; immediately spread into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool; cut into squares.
Makes about 3 pounds.
