Fiesta Banana Cake
Fiesta Banana Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1 1/3 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1 c. mashed bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl.
Blend in eggs, vanilla and bananas.
Add flour and salt alternately with sour milk, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in baking powder and soda. Pour into greased cake pan.

Cool completely.
Frost with whipped cream.
