Fiesta Appetizer Pie
Fiesta Appetizer Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 small avocados, peeled, seeded and cut up, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) bottle taco sauce and 2 green onions, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a bowl, mash avocados with lemon juice.
Spread mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Spread sour cream evenly over avocado mixture.
Spoon taco sauce over sour cream layer.
Sprinkle green onions over taco sauce.
Top with cheese. Cover and chill for several hours.
Serve with chips.
Makes about 4 cups.
