Fiesta Appetizer is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. longhorn cheese, 8 eggs, beaten and jalapeños, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
👨🍳 Instructions
Spray a 13 1/2-inch cake pan with Pam.
Layer jalapeños so you have one per serving.
Layer all cheese on top of jalapeños.
Pour beaten eggs over the top of the cheese.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes (side of pan should start turning brown).
Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
Serve warm.
