Fettucine
Fettucine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. mushrooms, 1 1/2 sticks butter, 1 1/2 lb. julienned zucchini, 1 c. heavy cream and 1 lb. cooked fettucine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute mushrooms in 1/2 stick butter.
Add zucchini, cream and 1 stick butter.
Bring to boil.
Simmer 3 minutes.
Add cooked fettucine, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
(Recipe makes a lot of sauce; you can double the amount of pasta and still have plenty of the vegetables to toss with it.)
