Fettuccine
Fettuccine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fettuccine, mozzarella cheese, romano cheese, 1/2 c. butter and 1 1/2 c. mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Grate Romano and Parmesan cheese and set aside.
Prepare 1 pound of fettuccine according to package directions.
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder.
SautΓ© five minutes.
Add whipping cream and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add sour cream and warm a little. Drain fettuccine and place in large pasta bowl.
Add sauce, grated Mozzarella and Romano cheeses and toss gently.
