Fettuccine
Fettuccine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine, 1 tbsp. oil, 2 c. sliced zucchini, 1 c. red pepper strips and 1 c. green pepper strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook fettuccine; drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil.
Add zucchini, red and green pepper strips and garlic. Saute just until vegetables are tender.
Blend in cream.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
Heat through until slightly thickened, but do not boil.
Toss with hot cooked fettuccine. Makes 6 servings.
