Festive Tostada Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. diced green pepper, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped pimento-stuffed green olives and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown beef with green pepper and onion.
Drain well.
Add green olives and seasonings.
Place in shallow ovenproof casserole.
Spoon sour cream over meat, then pour beans evenly over sour cream.
Sprinkle corn chips then cheese over beans. Bake in preheated 350Β° oven about 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
