Festive Seafood Cheese Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 c. dairy sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. delica seas sea stix salad style, thawed and drained, 1 c. shredded natural medium cheddar cheese (4 oz.) and 1/2 c. finely chopped celery (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).
If desired, reserve 1/4 cup each Sea Stix and cheese.
Stir in remaining ingredients except crackers.
Cover, refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors.
Garnish with Sea Stix and cheese.
Serve with crackers.
