Festive Chicken Supreme
Festive Chicken Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breast halves, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. oil, 1/4 c. dry white wine and 1/4 c. (1 oz.) crumbled blue cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Flour chicken and brown in oil.
Mix all ingredients, except asparagus and pour into a shallow 3-quart casserole.
Arrange chicken over mixture and pour some of the mixture over the chicken breasts to coat.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°. Meanwhile, prepare asparagus and cut in half crosswise.
Remove casserole from oven and arrange asparagus between the chicken breasts.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 30 minutes until chicken is tender an asparagus is tender-crisp.
