Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 c. orange juice and 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can pitted dark cherries, drained and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatins in boiling water; stir in orange juice. Chill until mixture is the consistency of an unbeaten egg white. Fold in remaining ingredients; spoon into a lightly oiled 5-cup mold.
