Festive Cheese Ball
Festive Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped, 2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped and 2 tbsp. pimento, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese.
Mix until well blended.
Add onion, pepper, pimento, lemon juice and seasoning.
Place in small mixing bowl and chill until firm.
Shape into ball and roll in walnuts.
Place cheese ball in center of tray surrounded by parsley.
Serve with a variety of crackers on same tray.
After serving, remaining cheese ball may be reshaped, rolled in nuts and refrigerated for later use.
