Festive Appetizer Quiche
Festive Appetizer Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie shell, partially baked, 6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) swiss cheese, shredded, 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, well drained and chopped (or 1 c. fresh shrimp), 3 eggs and 1 1/2 c. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese and shrimp over bottom of pastry shell. Beat eggs with cream, chives, salt, dry mustard and nutmeg.
Pour over cheese and shrimp.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 20 minutes before serving. Cut in thick slices.
May be served warm or chilled.
