Feathered Corn
Feathered Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans shoepeg corn, drained, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 stick margarine, 1/4 c. milk and 1 can chopped green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soften cream cheese and butter.
Mix all ingredients and bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Top with grated American cheese and put back in oven and turn oven off.
(Cheese will melt in about 10 minutes).
