Sift flour with baking powder and salt, then rub in the shortening.
Beat eggs and milk together, then stir in.
Use a bit more milk if necessary to make a rather soft yet easily handled dough.
Turn out on a floured board and knead slightly. Roll out to 1/2-inch thick.
Cut into a triangle with knife or cut with a round cutter.
Place on an ungreased baking pan. Bake at 425Β° for about 15 minutes or until light and brown. Serve at once with butter.
