Favorite Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. fine cracker crumbs, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 beaten eggs and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soak cracker crumbs in milk; add meat, eggs, onion and seasonings.
Shape in loaf in shallow baking pan or lightly pack into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Garnish with pepper and onion rings.
Yield: 8 servings.
