Fat Free Strawberry Cake
Fat Free Strawberry Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 angel food cake, prepared, 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with juice, red food coloring and seven minute frosting or 1 box betty crocker fluffy white icing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Slice top 1/3 of angel food cake lengthwise and lay aside. Make tunnel inside remaining cake by cutting 1/2 inch from outer edge of cake and 1/2 inch from inner edge of cake down to but not through bottom of cake.
Pull out in pieces with fingers to remove.
Set aside.
