Spray a 9-inch square pan with Mazola spray.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In a medium bowl, mix egg whites, water and corn syrup.
Add to dry ingredients; stir until smooth. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan or on wire rack.
If desired, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
