Fat-Free Bread Pudding

Tear bread in small pieces and put in 2-quart baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Combine rest of ingredients except cinnamon. Pour over bread.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes (until knife inserted comes out clean).
