Fast Fudge
Fast Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cups sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 cup butter, 12 large marshmallows and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Add first five ingredients in large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stir while cooking until it comes to a boil (approximately five minutes).
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate morsels to marshmallow mixture, stir until the chocolate melts. Add the pecans and vanilla.
Spread evenly into a 8 or 9 inch buttered square pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
Makes approximately 3 dozen squares.
