Fast Fudge
Fast Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated skim milk, 12 large marshmallows, 1/2 c. butter and few grains salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate morsels to marshmallow mixture, stirring until melted. Add nuts and vanilla, stirring well.
Spread evenly in a buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cut into 1-inch squares when cool.
Yield: About 5 dozen squares.
