Fast Fudge
Fast Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. butter, 12 large marshmallows and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring gently, until mixture comes to a boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate morsels, stirring until chocolate melts.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Spread evenly into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
Yields 2 pounds.
