Fast Fudge
Fast Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cups sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 cup butter, 12 large marshmallows and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Add first five ingredients in large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stir while cooking until it comes to a boil (approximately five minutes).
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate morsels to marshmallow mixture, stir until the chocolate melts. Add the pecans and vanilla.
Spread evenly into a 8 or 9 inch buttered square pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
Makes approximately 3 dozen squares.
