Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boneless, 6 slices swiss cheese (1 oz. each), 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. dry white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place chicken in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top each piece with a slice of Swiss cheese. Arrange the sliced mushrooms over the cheese.
Mix the soup and the wine; pour over the chicken.
Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top; drizzle on the melted butter.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
