Fast Crustless Quiche
Fast Crustless Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. cheese, shredded (swiss, cheddar or whatever), 6 to 7 slices crisp, crumbled bacon (or chopped ham), a few sauteed mushrooms (if you have them), 4 unbeaten eggs and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Butter a 10-inch pie plate or a regular-size quiche pan.
In it sprinkle the first 3 ingredients.
In blender, put last 7 ingredients.
Blend it all for one minute.
Pour over the ingredients in the pie plate and bake for 35 minutes at 350Β°, if you use a metal pie plate.
If you use a glass pie plate, cook a little bit longer.
Let stand three or four minutes before serving.
