Fast Breakfast is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pork sausage, 2 c. shredded hash browns, 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes, diced with green chilies, drained, 1/2 lb. cheese spread (velveeta works great), cut up and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown sausage; drain.
Add potatoes and tomatoes; cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Beat eggs and 2 tablespoons water.
Pour over ingredients in skillet; cover and reduce heat to low.
Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until egg mixture is set in center and cheese is melted.
Uncover; let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
