Fast and Easy Spinach Lasagna
Fast And Easy Spinach Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 3/4 c. water, 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained well, 1 egg and 1 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large bowl, mix Ricotta cheese and 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach and oregano.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer 1 heaping cup of sauce, then 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, side by side. Spread 1/2 cheese and spinach mixture.
Repeat layers.
Top with 3 remaining lasagna noodles and 1 cup sauce.
Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese over top.
Pour 3/4 cup of water around edges of pan. Cover lightly with foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let stand additional 15 minutes with foil before serving.
If made ahead, add water just before baking.
