Farrell's Salad
Farrell'S Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, torn, 1 c. thin sliced radishes, 2 green onions, 1/3 c. low calorie dressing and 2 oz. chopped ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine lettuce, radishes, onions and mushrooms in a large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate thoroughly.
Pour low calorie dressing over lettuce mixture.
Toss to coat.
Top with ham, turkey, cheeses and tomatoes.

You may add more dressing if desired (1/4 cup).
