Farmhouse Chowder
Farmhouse Chowder is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. Made with c. cubed potatoes, small onion, diced, chicken broth, c. butter and c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Simmer potatoes and onions in broth until tender, about 10 minutes.
In separate pan, cook butter and flour until bubbly. Add milk and water to butter and flour mixture.
Cook until thick and smooth.
Add this mixture to the potatoes, onions and broth. Add next 6 ingredients.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
Add cheese and eggs just before serving.
Be sure to add all liquids from can of vegetables.
