Ingredients together in small bowl until smooth.
Separate mix remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips.
Paper-lined muffin tins 1/2 full of chocolate mixture. Drop
1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in center of
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350Β° for 18 to 20 minutes.
Yields 1 1/2 to 2 dozen.
