Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. parkay, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in a heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan.
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 238. Stir constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces until melted.
Add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into a greased 13 X 9 inch pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
