Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate pieces until melted.
Add marshmallow, vanilla and nuts. Beat until well blended.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
Makes approximately 3 pounds.
