Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, 1 small (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (about 2/3 c.), 1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 (7 oz.) jar jet puffed marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat sugar, butter and evaporated milk to full rolling boil in 3-quart heavy saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil on medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 234°, stirring constantly to prevent scorching, about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips and Marshmallow Crème until melted; stir in vanilla and walnuts.
Spread immediately in buttered 9-inch pan.
Cool at room temperature at least 4 hours; cut into squares.
Store in airtight container.
Makes about 3 pounds.
