Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. Made with c. sugar, c. parkay margarine, c. evaporated milk, (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Stir together margarine, sugar and milk in a heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234Β°, stirring constantly to prevent sticking or scorching. Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in chocolates until melted.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well until blended.
Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch or 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
Makes about 3 pounds.
