Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. oleo, 5 1/3 oz. evaporated milk, 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 9 oz. jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine sugar, oleo and milk in a heavy 2 1/4-quart pan. Bring to a full, rolling boil while stirring constantly.
Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces until melted.
Add Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla.
Beat mixture until well blended.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cut into squares or desired shape.
