Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. (5 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine sugar, margarine and milk into heavy 2 1/2-quart pan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat.
Continue stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate until melted.
Add Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cool at room temperature.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Makes 3 pounds.
