Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. milnot, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine sugar, butter and milk in a heavy pan and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes or until it reaches 234Β° on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan. Let cool at room temperature.
Makes 3 pounds.
