Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. Made with c. sugar, c. parkay margarine, c. evaporated milk, (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Stir together margarine, sugar and milk in a heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234Β°, stirring constantly to prevent sticking or scorching. Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in chocolates until melted.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well until blended.
Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch or 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
Makes about 3 pounds.
