Fantastic Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, pinch of salt and 1 (12 oz.) miniature chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar, beating all the time; add vanilla and salt.
Stop beating and fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Turn oven off before cookies go in.
Leave them at least 4 hours or overnight.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
