Fantastic Chicken
Fantastic Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 fryers, cut up, 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves, 1 bottle french dressing and 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place chicken in casserole.
Mix in bowl other ingredients and spoon over chicken.
Do not cover.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°. Cook 1 cup rice.
When meat is done, tilt pan and spoon off excess oil.
Use this for gravy over rice.
Serves 8.
