Fancy Chicken Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (lite), 1 tbsp. steak sauce, 1/2 tsp. curry powder, 1 1/2 c. minced, cooked chicken breast and 1/3 c. minced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Together softened cream cheese, steak sauce and curry powder.
Chicken, celery and 2 tablespoons parsley. Refrigerate remaining parsley.
Shape mixture into a 9-inch log. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 4 hours or overnight.
Toss together remaining parsley and almonds; coat log. Serve with party crackers.
Makes about 3 cups.
