Fancy Chicken Log
Fancy Chicken Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 tbsp. bottled steak sauce, 1/2 tsp. curry powder, 1 1/2 c. cooked, minced chicken and 1/3 c. minced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat together the first 3 ingredients.
Blend in the next two ingredients and 2 tablespoons of the parsley (refrigerate the remaining parsley).
Shape mixture into a 9-inch log.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 4 hours or overnight.
Toss together the remaining parsley and almonds; use to coat the log.
Serve with crackers.
Makes about 3 cups of spread.
