Famous Meat Loaf
Famous Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground steak, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 3/4 c. ketchup and 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a mixing bowl, combine steak, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, water and onion soup mix.
Mix well until blended.
Pack mixture into a 10 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Cover with bacon strips.
Pour tomato sauce over top.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Makes 8 servings.
