Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks.
Trim crust off bread and roll slices flat with rolling pin.
Spread cheese mixture on bread and roll.
Pinch seam.
Dip in butter, then roll in sugar. Place in ungreased cookie sheet.
Freeze overnight (or until needed).
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
