Mix flour and sugar in bowl.
In a saucepan, mix the cocoa, margarine and water.
Bring this mixture to a boil.
Then add flour and sugar mixture to cocoa mix.
Then add eggs, soda, vanilla extract and buttermilk.
Pour into pan and bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
