Family Spinach
Family Spinach is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (12 oz. each) frozen, chopped spinach (1 1/2 lb. fresh), boiling in salted water, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper to taste, dash of garlic salt and 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook spinach until just tender.
Drain very thoroughly.
Add mushroom soup, seasonings, sesame seed and 1/2 nuts.
Turn into buttered 1-quart casserole.
Sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes until bubbly and brown.
Yields 4 servings.
